Shipping: 

We use Deutsche Post Priority service (DHL) which is quite fast when operates normally.

We strive to post as soon as possible not to keep you waiting, usually same or next day. Normally the shipping is fast - around 5-7 days to Europe and UK and 2 weeks to Worlwide. However international post is unpredictable, so some orders might be delivered slower and this is something we cannot manage. That is why we provide official shipping times of the Deutsche Post - Shipping times may vary according to your location: 

• European countries  around 5-10 working days. 
• Rest of the world - around 10-21 working days.

Please keep in mind that locations as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico sometimes need more time to deliver packages, so additional time might be needed.

Tracking

We will send your order with a tracking number if you have chosen that method. You will receive your number with the confirmation e-mail, when your order is completed and dispatched.

If you don't receive your order in the given periods, please try to track your package in your local post website. If you are unable to do so, please contact us via e-mail and we will try to track it for you.

Returns and Refund

All orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us if you want to change or return your order. For changing orders, additional cost might be applied for the changed items.

If for any reason, we have to refund your order, the payment will be refunded to your original method source. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the payment will be refunded to your credit card.
